A Public Hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of David Albrecht, Borrego Solar Systems, Inc. (on behalf of Town of West Boylston), Notice of Intent, for the construction of 4.0 mW ground mounted solar energy generating facility at Paul X. Tivnan Drive (Assessors Map 177, Blocks 001 and 002), West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 7, 2014, at 7:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 127 Hartwell Street, West Boylston, MA.
